What to include so we can move fast
Better inputs mean faster quotes, cleaner COIs, and fewer back-and-forth revisions.
If you are requesting a quote, be ready with:
- Trade and job types (service vs new build, residential vs commercial)
- Revenue and payroll range
- Subcontractor use (rough percent and what trades)
- Claims history
- Vehicles (if any)
- Target effective date
If you are requesting a COI or endorsements, include:
- Certificate holder name and address
- Job name and job address
- Required limits
- Endorsements requested (Additional Insured, Primary and Noncontributory, Waiver of Subrogation)
- Email addresses that should receive the COI
Service area note
We do not claim offices we do not have. We serve contractors across California and Texas and surrounding areas.

FAQs
Quick answers to common contact and routing questions.
Should I use Contact or Get a Quote?
Use Get a Quote for pricing and coverage placement. It captures the underwriting basics so we can shop carriers efficiently.
I need a COI today. What is the fastest path?
If you are an existing client, submit Request a COI with the certificate holder, job address, limits, and endorsements requested.
Is a COI the same as an endorsement?
No. A COI is proof of coverage. Many requirements must be issued by endorsement.
Where can I find licensing and disclosures?
Visit for licensing language, limitations, and important disclaimers.
